Returns & Exchanges
Custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Since most of my creations are custom made, please keep that in mind! Please contact me if you have any questions, I want you to be happy with your purchase! To ensure that, please contact me prior to ordering with any questions, comments concerns etc. Preorders, Face masks, scrub caps and hair accessories are also non refundable.
Conditions of return if accepted:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any processing fees associated. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any damages or loss in value. If there is an issue with your item please notify me upon receiving your order if there is an error etc. Refunds will not be issued should you change your mind on orders unless you agree to pay all charges associated with said return.
Shipping Refunds
My shipping costs are pretty low. If for some reason once your item ships there is a shipping overage of over $1 I will send you a refund. If you are local and forget to choose local pick up, message me and I can refund your shipping.
